convenient stay
subway station comfortable pillows great location quiet room
hotel offered direct access to a subway station. my room it was quite. temper pillows were very comfortable, and i ended up buying the same once i got home. the location its great.
the pillows it was not so comfortable for me.

room size is very good. the bathroom was very good and included nice products. i found my room was quiet which was very important to me after a long day.

there is multiple restaurants available in the hotel. the breakfast had plenty of choices. i thought the basement buffet catered to all tastes and the food was very good despite the room being clinical.

the staff members were very friendly and helpful . the daily servicing of my room were always completed by early afternoon. i appreciate the team arranged for one of our bags to be shipped elsewhere.

dirty carpets unbearable noise
the location was near perfect , accessible from a short walk to the train station.
my room was not clean. i saw some stains and dirt covered the carpets and floors. this felt far from the luxury i expected. the noise levels were also unbearable because of street noise and traffic.
